Industry Training for Restaurant Professionals

Professional growth in one of the fastest growing restaurant areas in Pacific Northwest!

Individuals in the restaurant professional who are no working toward earning a certificate or degree in culinary or restaurant management are able to register for the following credit offerings.

Winter 2010    CCI 71 Basic Santitation includings testing for National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation ServSafe certification. The ServSafe certification superceeds the county's food handlers card and includes greater depth in many areas vital to food professionals.
