The following list of required equipment, textbooks and clothing is needed first week of the first term in the kitchen block but will last for all levels of Hot Foods, Baking, GardeManger, and Dining Room Service.

Equipment and Chef's Jackets and Pants will be available through the Campus Bookstore or speciality catalogs. 

White Shirts, bowties, shoes and black pants are available through local retail stores.
