Cascade Culinary Institute® offers a fabulous culinary luncheon as part of our instructional lab during
the academic year. And spring term we are changing the format in response to industry identified needs for greater student success. Students spring term will be developing greater skills in line cooking.
Cascade Culinary Institute® Luncheons provide CCI students with real-life training opportunities.
Tasteful and carefully crafted menus delight diners Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with limited seating. Reservations will be made over a period of time starting at 11:30 and continuing until 12:30 with a maximum number of 8 guests allowed every 15 minutes.
