The reorganization of the Cascade Culinary Institute instruction and separation of COCC food service is an important change toward the occupancy of a NEW Culinary building and new Culinary program design.

Culinary events outside of the culinary instructional laboratory (which is the Culinary Luncheons) will be organized by the Culinary Club. An official ASCOCC Culinary Club, participation is open to any COCC declared culinary program student.

As in past years, gratituties and fundraising events fund Culinary Club spring fieldtrips. Past culinary trips included Napa/Somona, Spain and this past September 2009 Italy.
